Honours galore at Stalybridge Snooker League presentation
he Stalybridge Snooker League held its annual presentation earlier this month.
Mossley A and Mossley B stole the show with both teams claiming numerous trophies, while there were a host of individual awards handed out to the best players of the year.
Following a memorable campaign, Mossley A won the Snooker League while Hyde SC were runners up.
In the Whist League, Mossley B were crowned champions while Mossley A were runners up.
Mossley B also won the Berry Cup and Gordon Clay Trophy, while St Peters won the Taylor Cup and Mossley A won the George Fletcher Trophy.
Tameside Radio’s Danny Tipping won the Player’s League and came runner-up in the Individual Billiards League, just short of C Edwards who claimed the coveted title.
